By land, sea or air, traveling to Gulf Shores is very convenient. Interstates 10 and 65 and U.S. Highway 98 connect to Hwy. 59 which is also known as Gulf Shores Parkway. The newly opened Foley Beach Express also brings travelers to the island. This new expressway is accessed from Hwy. 59 just north of Foley and also intersects Hwy. 98.

Boating enthusiasts can travel the Intracoastal Waterway to the Gulf Coast.
